Report a lesson or plan that did not work, request a refund review, or get help with planning modes, TRT packs, curriculum position, planning passes, downloads and Teach-Live. Lesson and refund reports can go straight to private support.

Do not include student names, diagnoses, medical information, card numbers or confidential school complaints.

Ask the help assistant

Ask about day or week plans, TRT mode, planning passes, downloads, Teach-Live, accounts or privacy. The assistant will not ask for card, bank, student, workplace investigation or medical details.

Request support review

Report a broken lesson, request a refund review or send another account issue directly. You can also use the assistant for an immediate answer. Do not include card, bank, student, medical or workplace investigation details.
